First Intervals of the Year...

Started interval training this evening:  10 min warm up, followed by 5 by 1km reps at pace, with short break between each.  Now I really feel like I'm training!

  1. 5 x 1km repeats is a Good workout. Do you know the average pace of the repeats? I'm curious :)

  3. As Giorgio said, that's a cracking good workout. I reckon you're getting really serious after that amazing win in the Cuigéal 5 mile Run.

  4. Thanks a million lads! Giorgio: I'm not sure exactly what pace, I just ran the 1ks as fast as I could for that distance...
    Red Quarter: yes, I'm coming to win the Kearney run too so watch out!
