Another One Miler...

It's changeable weather out here, but beautiful to catch a run in between showers...

To keep Juneathon just about going, I trotted out for a one mile run today - up and down the road was all.  I was under a wee bit of time pressure, so good just to tick a box and funnily enough, it felt like enough!  Back tomorrow with some serious running (I hope).

  1. Hi Breandán,

I've just read about your 8 km race. You did a good job considering that you ran at an average pace of about 5 min./km. Last Saturday, June, 4th, I ran a 6 km race in Rome and I did the same average pace.
The second and the third photos (your post of June, 5th) show that the weather was cloudy while you were running and this was good, so the climate wasn't hot enough and you enjoyed the race.

I'd like visiting the old Ashford Castle and the village.

  2. Thanks Giorgio... well done on your race on June 4th - we're doing ok at this pace I reckon! Ashford Castle and Cong are beautiful alright - a great area for running!
