Man from Atlantis Admits Shameful Hoax
Reports in today's Irish Times show that the 24pints man admits to his March swim being a 'shameful hoax'. 'The photo actually dates back to last July, when the sun was splitting the rocks', said the cheating runner. 'I wish to apologise to all my loyal followers, I've let them down, it was wrong.' A suitably contrite blogger took to the treadmill last night to make up for his misdemeanour with a slow 5 mile run at 9.30 pace. 'I will never mislead the public again', he was heard to utter, with his fingers crossed behind his back...
